Challenge YOurself!
Every update, there will be a game in which you can test your skills. This month, all you need to play this is a piece of paper, a writing utensil, less than a minute of someone's time, and a great amount of imagination and creativity. Here's the game:
1) Take your paper and writing utensil and create 4-5 columns (the last one-the 5th one-is optional)
2) In the first column, label it characters. The second column, label it beginning. The third column. label it middle. The fourth column, label it end. (This last one is optional because it can also be classified as middle) The last one should be labeled as climax.
3) For each row fill out a story.
ex. Bob was playing outside tripped and fell got a band-aid
(each section is a column)
4) Ask a person for (the amount of columns) numbers with the the numbers ranging from the amount of rows.
ex. Let's say there was four columns and five rows. There would be four numbers with the highest amount being five, the lowest amount being one.
5) Let's say the numbers were 2135. I would take the second item from the first column. Then I would take the first choice from the second column. Next i would take the third choice from the third column. And finally the fifth choice from the fourth column.
6) Then take all those choices and put it into a story !
